Die Struck:
Die struck pins are made of solid metal and are pressed to your custom shape using tons of pressure and custom dies. After this they are polished, plated and then polished again. The recessed area can be sandblasted to provide contrast to your design.
Soft Enamel:
Soft enamel pins are similar to die struck but colored enamel is added to the recessed spots left by the die. Soft enamel adds brilliant pantone colors to your pins, which are perfect for a company logo or to bring more attention to your pins.
Hard Enamel:
Hard enamel pins are very similar to soft enamel, but the enamel is flush to the surface of the metal. This adds a few steps to the process, but make the surface almost seamless and glass like. The enamel is sanded and then polished to a high shine. Hard enamel pins are the highest quality pins available and a true piece of jewelry.
